Can I Change My Service Plan?
Yes. If you would like to upgrade your service plan, then all you will need to do is contact the team to let them know, and we can change you over.
How Do I Start A Service Plan?
Starting a service plan is easy. All you need to do is head over to our service plan page, choose the plan best suited to you, and click 'buy now'. If you have any questions about our service plan before purchasing, please feel free to contact the team!
How Can I Pay For My Service Plan?
When purchasing our service plan, all you need to do is pop in your sort code, and account details and a direct debit will be set up.
Do Service Plans Cover Boiler Breakdowns?
Our standard service plan does not cover boiler breakdowns. However, you can add 'Breakdown Fixed Labour Service' or 'All Inclusive Breakdown Service' to your plan at an additional cost.
What Happens Once I Start My Plan?
Once you have purchased your plan, a direct debit will be set up for your monthly payments. A member of the team will be in contact with you to complete the services included in your plan.
