Frequently Asked Questions
What Is Classed As An Emergency?
An emergency is anything that will cause danger to those inside the house or the house itself. For example, a gas leak can be extremely dangerous for those inside the property as it can cause carbon monoxide poisoning and can cause fires/explosions if sparks cause an ignition. Usually, emergency maintenance is required for gas leaks and water leaks, but if you are unsure, please call our team immediately and follow the advice provided on our emergency help page.
